Please note, although we encourage everybody interested to apply, unfortunately not all artists will have the opportunity to collaborate due to the high number of applications received.

  • We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. Products must be in original condition with tags attached.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package.

  • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay for a secure checkout experience.

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

  • Yes, artists will receive $1.50 per subscriber for the artwork they produce, capped at $300.

  • Care instructions are included with each product. Generally, we recommend following the care label for best results.

  • All subscribers of The Letter Gram will receive a monthly email, with the opportunity to write a short piece to be included in The Letter Gram newspaper article.
